Schedule of Charges

Prices are dependant upon the level of service that you require, this is dependant upon your personal circumstances. It may be that you require a straight forward single or mirror Will, or it could be that you require a more sophisticated trust in order to ensure that your assets are appropriately protected.

It is only possible to assess this situation having discussed your circumstances at an initial free consultation meeting. You will be under no obligation at this point to take any of the products offered to you.

You should note that, dependant upon any other services that you require, we may be able to offer you a significant reduction on the fee for your Will or mirror Will.

As a general rule of thumb the following is a list of the prices for individual products:

• Living Will     £99
• Severance of Joint Tenancy     £119
• Lasting Powers of Attorney     £249
• Property Protection Trust     £299
• Disabled Discretionary Trust     £299
• Will Storage (Annual Fee)     £20
